Detection of Human RANKL by Western Blot. Western Blot shows lysates of human primary differentiated CD4+ Th2 cells. PVDF Membrane was probed with R1075-13A (2ug/ml) followed by HRP-conjugated Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody. A specific band was detected for RANKL at ~43kD (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions.
