Western blot analysis of extracts of 293T and NIH/3T3 cells, using Phospho-AP2M1-T156 antibody at 1:1000 dilution. 293T cells were treated by Calyculin A for 30 minutes after serum-starvation overnight.NIH/3T3 cells were treated by Hydrogen Peroxide (2nM) for 15 minutes after serum-starvation overnight. Secondary antibody: HRP Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L)at 1:10,000 dilution. Lysates/proteins: 25ug per lane. Blocking buffer: 3% BSA. Detection: ECL Basic Kit Exposure time: 30s.
