Detection of Human RanGAP1 by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of HeLa human cervical epithelial carcinoma cell line, Jurkat human acute T cell leukemia cell line, NTera‑2 human testicular embryonic carcinoma cell line, IMR‑32 human neuroblastoma cell line, and HEK293T human embryonic kidney cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 0.5ug/ml of Sheep Anti-Human RanGAP1 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Sheep IgG Secondary Antibody. A specific band was detected for RanGAP1 at approximately 80kD (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.
