Western Blot of forebrain lysates from wild type and alpha 6 knockout animals, using approximately 5-7ug of tissue/lane. Blots were incubated overnight at 4° C with G1015-21 (1:1000). The antibody labeled the ~57kD alpha 6 subunit of the GABAA R in the wild type (control) but not in the alpha 6 knockout animals (K/O).
