HeLa acid extract (lane1), Sodium butyrate treated HeLa cells (lane 2) and recombinant Histone H3 (Lane3) lysates were probed with H5110-13A1 (0.05ug/ml). Proteins were visualized using a anti-rabbit IgG conjugated to HRP and a chemiluminescence detection system. Arrow indicates Histone H3 (~17kD).
