Recombinant human tau monomer (Spot 1) and in vitro generated tau oligomers (Spot 2) were spotted on a membrane and probed with 366997 (2ug/ml). Immunoreactivity was visualized using Donkey anti-Rabbit IgG, HRP conjugate, Species Adsorbed and a chemiluminescence detection system.

Proteins were visualized using an anti-rabbit IgG secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and a chemiluminescence detection system.
