Immunohistochemistry Analysis: Representative lot data. Paraffin-embedded human skin (Fig. 1) and human autoimmune skin disease tissue (Fig. 2) was prepared using heat-induced epitope retrieval in citrate buffer, pH 6.0. Immunostaining was performed using C5806-02 (1:300). Reactivity was detected using a IHC-Select Detection Kit. Staining pattern is restricted to the top keretinized layer of the skin (epidermis) as expected (Fig. 1). Staining pattern is restricted to the afflicted area of the dermal layer (Fig. 2).
