Western blot analysis of BDKRB2 expression in HELA whole cell lysates (lane 1), HEPG2 whole cell lysates (lane 2), MCF-7 whole cell lysates (lane 3) and A549 whole cell lysates (lane 4). BDKRB2 at 50kD was detected using 377255 at 0.5ug/ml. The blot was developed using chemiluminescence (ECL) method.
