Western Blot analysis in mouse liver tissue lysate using T2200-01. TEC (arrow) was detected using T2200-01. Secondary HRP-anti-rabbit was used for signal visualization with chemiluminescence.

Immunohistochemistry analysis in formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human cancer tissue reacted with T2200-01, which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by AEC staining. This data demonstrates the use of T2200-01 for immunohistochemistry. BC = breast carcinoma; HC = hepatocarcinoma.
