Immunoprecipitation of B-Raf from Malme-3M cell extracts. Lane 1 represents 10% input, lane 2 is Rabbit mAb IgG Isotype Control and lane 3 is B-Raf Rabbit mAb. Western blot analysis was performed using B-Raf Rabbit mAb. A conformation-specific secondary antibody was used to avoid reactivity with IgG.
