Detection of Human RAB25 by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of MCF­7 human breast cancer cell line, LNCaP human prostate cancer cell line, and HT­29 human colon adenocarcinoma cell line. PVDF Membrane was probed with 1ug/ml of Mouse Human RAB25 Monoclonal Antibody followed by HRP­conjugated Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody. A specific band was detected for RAB25 at approximately 30kD (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.
