Sheep Anti-Cadherin R Antibody

Detection of Mouse Cadherin-4 by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of mouse brain (cortex) tissue. PVDF membrane was probed with 1ug/mL of Sheep Mouse Cadherin4/RCadherin Antigen Affinitypurified Polyclonal Antibody followed by HRPconjugated Sheep IgG Secondary Antibody. A specific band was detected for Cadherin4/RCadherin at approximately 100kD (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 8.

Cadherin-4 was detected in immersion fixed frozen sections of embryonic mouse brain using Sheep Mouse Cadherin4/RCadherin Antigen Affinitypurified Polyclonal Antibody at 1.7ug/ml overnight at 4°C. Tissue was stained using the Sheep HRP-DAB Cell & Tissue Staining Kit (brown; a n d counterstained with hematoxylin (blue). Specific staining was localized to developing brain.
