Western blot shows lysates of HeLa human cervical epithelial carcinoma cell line, SH­SY5Y human neuroblastoma cell line, MCF­7 human breast cancer cell line, and Jurkat human acute T cell leukemia cell line. PVDF Membrane was probed with 1ug/ml of Human RND3 (RD1 Peptide) Monoclonal Antibody followed by HRP­conjugated Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody. A specific band was detected for RND3 at approximately 29kD (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.
