Detection of Human RAMP2 by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of Jurkat human acute T cell leukemia cell line. PVDF Membrane was probed with 0.5ug/ml of Sheep­Human RAMP2 Antigen Affinity­purified Polyclonal Antibody followed by HRP­conjugated Sheep IgG Secondary Antibody. A specific band was detected for RAMP2 at approximately 16kD (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 8.
