Western Blot of P8930 performed from 50ug of human heart lysate. Primary antibody P8930 (dilution 1:500) was incubated O/N at 4°C. Secondary rabbit HRP antibody was incubated 1 hour at RT followed by ECL detection for 5 minutes.
