Immunofluorescent analysis of 4% paraformaldehyde-fixed and 0.1% Triton-X-treated HEK293T cells was performed using 366973 1:500 dilution and visualized with an Alexa Fluor® 568-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG secondary antibody (Red). Nucleus was stained with DAPI (Blue). This antibody detected both noncentrosomal and centrosomal ninein immunoreactivity. Formalin Fixed Paraffin Embedded (FFPE) human cerebellum (Left image) and spleen (Right image) tissues were processed using heat-induced epitope retrieval (HIER). Immunostaining was performed using 366973 1:250 dilution. Reactivity was detected using an HRP-labeled goat anti-rabbit micro-polymer secondary antibody and DAB. Cytoplasmic staining was observed in human cerebellum and spleen tissue sections.
