Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin) Analysis: Formalin Fixed Paraffin Embedded (FFPE) human pancreas (Left image), human kidney (Middle image), and human prostate (Right image) tissue sections were prepared using heat-induced epitope retrieval (HIER). Immunostaining was performed using a 1:250 dilution of F0019-52. Reactivity was detected using an Goat Anti-Rabbit and DAB. Cytoplasmic/nuclear membranous staining in both exocrine & endocrine cells of human pancreas (Left image), diffuse cytoplasmic & nuclear staining in subsets of tubules of human kidney (Middle image), as well as cytoplasmic staining in glandular cells of human prostate (Right image) tissues was observed.
