Immunohistochemical staining of Axl in immersion fixed, paraffin-embedded sections of human stomach cancer tissue using A4776-10 at 15ug/ml overnight at 4°C. Tissue was stained using anti-rabbit IgG-HRP and DAB and counterstained with hematoxylin (blue). Note cytoplasmic staining of epithelial cells.

PhosphoAxl in A172 human cell line. Axl phosphorylated at Tyr779 (panels B, D) and total Axl (panels A, C) were assessed in immersion fixed A172 human glioblastoma cells incubated with (panels C, D) or without (panels A, B) pervanadate. PhosphoAxl was detected using A4776-10 at 10ug/ml for 3 hours at RT.
