Immunohistochemistry staining of RAB7 in human skeletal muscle tissue sections using R0008-41A Tissue was fixed with formaldehyde and blocked with 3% BSA for 0.5hr at RT; antigen retrieval was by heat mediation with a citrate buffer (pH 6). Samples were incubated with R0008-41A (1:25) for 1hr at 37°C. A undiluted biotinylated goat polyvalent antibody was used as the secondary antibody.

Immunohistochemistry analysis in formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human skeletal muscle reacted with R0008-41A, which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of R0008-41A for immunohistochemistry.
