Western Blot analysis of lysate from MCF-7 cell line (20ug), using P3113-97D6 (1:1000). An IgG (HRP) goat anti-rabbit at 1:10,000 was used as the secondary antibody.

Immunohistochemistry analysis in formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human skeletal muscle reacted with P3113-97D6, which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of P3113-97D6 for immunohistochemistry.
