Flow cytometry using anti-GITR antibody YGITR860.103.5 Mouse spleenocyts were stained with an isotype control (Orange) or the rabbit-chimeric version of YGITR860.103.5 at a concentration of 1ug/ml for 30mins at RT without (Blue) and with (Grey) stimulation of the leukocytes with immobilized anti-CD3 and anti-CD28 antibodies. After washing, bound antibody was detected using a AF488 conjugated donkey anti-rabbit antibody and cells analysed on a FACSCanto flow cytometry.
