Western blot shows lysates of HT­29 human colon adenocarcinoma cell line, COLO 205 human colorectal adenocarcinoma cell line, and SK­BR­3 human breast cancer cell line. PVDF Membrane was probed with 2ug/ml of Human RAB25 Antigen Affinity­purified Polyclonal Antibody followed by HRP­conjugated Goat IgG Secondary Antibody. A specific band was detected for RAB25 at approximately 25kD (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.
