Western Blot Analysis: Transfected (Lane 1) HEK293/myc-BMAL/empty vector and (Lane 2) HEK293/myc-BMAL1/myc- CLOCK were treated with Nicotinamide. The lysates were resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to PVDF and probed with B2179-02A (1:1,000 dilution). Proteins were visualized using a donkey anti-rabbit secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and a chemiluminescence detection system. Arrow indicates BMAL1, acetylated at Lysine 538 (95kD).
