Rat Anti-RalB Antibody

Western blot shows lysates of U937 human histiocytic lymphoma cell line and Y3-Ag rat myeloid cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 1ug/ml R1036 followed by Rat IgG Antibody (HRP). For additional reference, recombinant human RalA and RalB (10ng/lane) were included. A specific band for RalB was detected at ~25kD (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions.
