Paraffin-embedded human kidney tissue was prepared using heat-induced epitope retrieval (HIER) in citrate buffer, pH 6.0. Immunostaining was performed using a dilution of 1:100 of G3900-90J. Staining pattern appears as expected. Note the specificity of this antibody to renal tubuloepithelial cells.
