Western Blot Analysis: A 1:1000 dilutions of this lot detected phospho-Met (Tyr1230/Tyr1234/Tyr1235) in RIPA lysate of HGF treated 293T cells. Immunoblot Analysis Lysates from untreated (Lane 1) and HGF treated (lanes 2 and 3) 293T cells were resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to nitrocellulose, and probed with M3007-16A for 2 hours at RT.
