Immunohistochemistry analysis using formalin fixed paraffin embedded (FFPE) human vas deferens tissue was processed using heat-induced epitope retrieval (HIER). Immunostaining was performed using P9005-76B (1:100), Anti-Procollagen III. Reactivity was detected using an Anti-Rabbit secondary antibody and HRP-DAB.
