Immunofluorescence analysis in HeLa cells uisng 033551 (0.025mg/ml) was followed by Alexa-Fluor-546-conjugated donkey anti-rabbit lgG (H+L). Alexa-Fluor-546 emits orange fluorescence. Blue counterstaining is DAPI.
