30 µg of whole cell extracts (WCE), 20 µg of cytoplasmic (Cyto), and 10µg nuclear (Nuc) extracts from exponentially growing Jurkat cells, 30 µg of WCE from Daudi and mouse DA3 cells were prepared, resolved by SDS-PAGE, and transferred to a PVDF membrane. The membrane was immunoblotted with R9915-20C at 1.ug/ml.
