Western Blot analysis of THP‑1 human acute monocytic leukemia cell line lysates and U937 human histiocytic lymphoma cell line. PVDF membrane using M3895-07A followed by an IgG (HRP) anti-goat IgG Secondary Antibody. A specific band was detected for MIF at ~12kD (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions.
