Western Blot Analysis: HeLa and MCF7 cell lysates (lanes 1 and 2, respectively) were resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to PVDF and probed with anti-Rac1b (1:1,000) (1μg/mL). Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-rabbit secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and a chemiluminescence detection system. Arrow indicates Rac1b.
