Western Blot using anti-CD7 antibody 3A1E Jurkat cell lysate samples (35ug protein in RIPA buffer) were resolved on a 10% SDS PAGE gel and blots probed with the chimeric rabbit version of 3A1E at 1ug/ml before detection using an anti-rabbit secondary antibody. A primary incubation of 1h was used and protein was detected by chemiluminescence. The expected running size for unmodified CD7 is 25.4kD, but this protein is glycosylated at several residues. Successfully detected CD7 in Jurkat cell lysate.
