This antibody can be stained in formalin fixed paraffin embedded tissues. The staining intensity may be reinforced by microwave treatment. The optimal dilution is 2 – 5 ug/ml, however, each laboratories should optimize the dilution rate. This antibody can be used for western blotting in concentration of 1-5µg/ml
