Description
This antibody can be stained in formalin fixed paraffin embedded tissues. The staining intensity may be reinforced by microwave treatment. The optimal dilution is 1 – 5 ug/ml, however, each laboratories should optimize the dilution rate. This antibody can be used for western blotting. The optimal dilution is 0.5 –2ug/ml. This antibody can be used for immunoprecipitation. This antibody has an inhibition activity of cell-cell adhesion. As far as we studied by cell aggregation assay, the activity was completely inhibited with the concentration of 0.12mg/ml, and was partially inhibited with the concentration of 0.024mg/ml
