Immunocytochemistry-Immunofluorescence analysis of Goat anti-Rabbit IgG (Heavy Chain), Superclonal™ Recombinant Secondary Antibody, Alexa Fluor Plus 488 (Product # A55053; used at 1 µg/mL) was performed on fixed and permeabilized HeLa cells stained with rabbit HSP90 alpha Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA3-013, 1:1000 dilution). Panel a) shows representative cells that were stained for detection and localization of HSP90 alpha protein, Panel b) is stained for nuclei (blue) using ProLong™ Diamond Antifade Mountant with DAPI (Product # P36962). Panel c) represents SDHA protein stained using mouse SDHA antibody and appropriate secondary antibody conjugated to Alexa Fluor Plus 647. Panel d) is a composite image of Panels a, b and c clearly demonstrating specific detection of rabbit HSP90 alpha Polyclonal Antibody by Goat anti-Rabbit IgG (Heavy Chain), Superclonal™ Recombinant Secondary Antibody, Alexa Fluor Plus 488. Panel e) represents control cells with no primary antibody to assess background. The images were captured at 60X magnification.
