Panel a) shows representative cells that were stained for detection and localization of HSP90 alpha protein clearly demonstrating specific detection of rabbit HSP90 alpha Polyclonal Antibody by Goat anti-Rabbit IgG (Heavy Chain), Superclonal™ Recombinant Secondary Antibody, Alexa Fluor Plus 405, Panel b) is stained for nuclei (red) using SYTOX™ Deep Red Nucleic Acid Stain, for fixed/dead cells (Product # S11380). Panel c) is a composite image of Panels a and b. Panel d) represents control cells with no primary antibody to assess background. The images were captured at 60X magnification.
