Description
M. tuberculosis is an important infectious pathogen, it is the second common cause of death from an infectious disease in the world. Culture of M. tuberculosis from patient’s specimen still is gold standard for its identification, but it takes long time with low sensitivity, over 20 M. tuberculosis antigens were found and used to test M. tuberculosis specific antibody, but none of them gave satisfactory result. A new test is needed for identification of M. tuberculosis infection
