RTLA antiserum is specific for a membrane antigen found on rabbit T cells. It is prepared by immunizing goats with rabbit thymocytes followed by adsorption with rabbit erythrocytes, hepatocytes and bone marrow cells. This antigen cannot be removed by absorption with rabbit brain.This antisera has been reported to work on paraffin embedded tissue sections at a dilution of 1/2000 when the Antigen Retrieval technique was used
