Western blot was performed using Anti-MST2 Recombinant Rabbit Monoclonal Antibody (SC05-83) (Product # MA5-41162) and a 57 kDa band corresponding to STK3 was observed across all cell lysates and tissues tested. Whole cell extracts (30 µg lysate) of A549 (Lane 1), NIH/3T3 (Lane 2), HeLa (Lane 3), COS-7 (Lane 4), Hep G2 (Lane 5), A-431 (Lane 6), HEK-293 (Lane 7) and Mouse Ovary (Lane 8) were electrophoresed using NuPAGE™ 4-12% Bis-Tris Protein Gel (Product # NP0322BOX). Resolved proteins were then transferred onto a nitrocellulose membrane (Product # IB23001) by iBlot® 2 Dry Blotting System (Product # IB21001). The blot was probed with the primary antibody (1:1000 dilution) and detected by chemiluminescence with Goat anti-Rabbit IgG (Heavy Chain) Superclonal™ Recombinant Secondary Antibody, HRP (Product # A27036,1:10000 dilution) using the iBright™ FL1500 Imaging System (Product # A44115). Chemiluminescent detection was performed using SuperSignal™ West Pico PLUS Chemiluminescent Substrate (Product # 34580). An uncharacterized band (*) was observed at ~37 kDa in some cell lysates and tissue sample tested.
