Normal human peripheral blood cells were stained with CD19 Monoclonal Antibody, APC (Product # 17-0199-42 ), CD56 (NCAM) Monoclonal Antibody, Alexa Fluor 700 (Product # 56-0566-42), CD94 Monoclonal Antibody, Alexa Fluor 647 (Product # 51-0949-42 ) and CD3 Monoclonal Antibody, Alexa Fluor 660. Live cells in the lymphocyte gate were used for analysis as determined by Fixable Viability Dye eFluor 450 (Product # 65-0863-14) and first gated on CD3 positive/CD19 negative cells (left). CD3 positive cells were analyzed for their expression of CD56 (NCAM) and CD94 (right). This data was collected on a 5-laser Cytek Aurora full spectral cytometer. As shown here, Alexa Fluor 660 is compatible with Alexa Fluor 647 and Alexa Fluor 700 when proper panel design principles are applied.
