ZNF385D (Zinc Finger Protein 385D) is located on human chromosome 3p24.3. The ZNF385D protein is ubiquitously expressed in testis, brain, prostate and other tissues. The ZNF385D (also known as ZNF659 or FLJ22419) gene is conserved in chimpanzee, Rhesus monkey, dog, cow, rat, chicken, and frog. 206 organisms have orthologs with human gene ZNF385D. ZNF385D is associated with some diseases, including Reading Disorder and Attention Deficit-Hyperactivity Disorder. An important paralog of this gene is ZNF385B
