ANKRD30B (Ankyrin Repeat Domain 30B, also designated as NY-BR-1.1) is located on human chromosome 18p11.21. The NY-BR-1.1 protein shares 54% amino acid homology with NY-BR-1. ANKRD30B is known to be more abundantly expressed in the brain than in blood. The ANKRD30B protein is restrictedly expressed toward testis.
