SUPT3H (SPT3 Homolog, SAGA, and STAGA Complex Component) is a Protein Coding gene. The SUPT3H gene, located on 6p21.1, is conserved in chimpanzee, Rhesus monkey, dog, cow, mouse, rat, chicken, zebrafish, and frog. SUPT3H is a ubiquitously expressed gene located within the first intron of Runx2. SUPT3H is widely expressed in the testis, ovary, and other tissues. Diseases associated with SUPT3H include Hepatic Adenomas, Familial, and Dysostosis.
