MyBioSource.com's Rabbit Anti-ARHGAP28 Antibody is a Rabbit Polyclonal antibody. This antibody has been shown to work in applications such as: Immunohistochemistry, Immunohistochemistry - fixed, and Western Blot. The Rabbit Anti-ARHGAP28 Antibody was generated using ARHGAP28 as the antigen and it reacts with Human.
Description
ARHGAP28 is a GTPase-activating protein (GAP), and it converts activated RhoA to inactivated RhoA via GTPase. RhoA is a protein involved in cytoskeleton formation and cell motility. RhoA, for which ARHGAP28 acts as a GAP, is possibly a factor involved in the metastatic ability of cancer. An upregulation in RhoA expression was also detected suggesting that Arhgap28 may be able to additionally regulate Rho signaling at a transcriptional level
