Fig 2: The mRNA was extracted from SV-HUC-1and 5637 cells, and the expression of ACTA2, FLNA, TAGLN, TPM1 was measured by qRT-PCR. The mRNA expression of ACTA2, FLNA, TAGLN, TPM1 was significantly decreased in 5637 cells (** p < 0.01; *** p < 0.001).
