Immunocytochemichal analysis of CPEB4 in Hela cells using a Polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-112909) at a dilution of 1:133. The cells were fixed in 4% formaldehyde, permeabilized using 0.2% Triton X-100 and blocked in 10% normal Goat Serum. The cells were then incubated with the antibody overnight at 4°C. The secondary antibody was Alexa Fluor 488-congugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L). Cells were also counter-stained with DAPI.

Western Blot analysis of CPEB4 in multiple sample types using a CPEB4 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-112909) at a concentration of 2 µg/ml. A goat anti rabbit polyclonal secondary antibody was used at a dilution of 1:10,000. Sample types that were tested include: Lane 1: Hela whole cell lysate, Lane 2: 293T whole cell lysate, Lane 3: U87 whole cell lysate.
