Flow cytometric analysis of CD200 expression on spleen lymphocytes. BALB/c splenocytes were stained with CD200 Recombinant Rabbit Monoclonal Antibody (002) (Product # MA5-36039), then a FITC-conjugated Secondary antibody. The histogram were derived from the gated events based on light scattering characteristics of lymphocytes.
