Western Blot analysis of SOX2 using SOX2 Recombinant Monoclonal Antibody (Product # MA5-35959) at a dilution of 1:500. Lane A: HESS9 whole cell lysate, ( Lysates/proteins at 30 µg per lane). The secondary antibody used was a Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L (Dylight800) at 1:10,000 dilution. Developed using the Odyssey technique and performed under reducing conditions. Predicted band size: 34 kDa. Observed band size: 37 kDa.
