Immunocytochemical analysis of paraffin-embeded ECT2 in human kidney tissue using a ECT2 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-113489) at a dilution of 1:100. After dewaxing and hydration, antigen retrieval was mediated by high pressure in a citrate buffer (pH 6.0). The section was blocked with 10% normal goat serum for 30 min at room temperature. The primary antibody, in 1% BSA, was incubated at 4°C overnight. A biotinylated secondary antibody was used with an HRP conjugated SP system.
