For Immunofluorescence analysis, HEK-293 cells were transfected with a vector encoding full length spike protein from SARS CoV2. Cells were fixed and permeabilized for detection of spike protein using Anti-SARS CoV2 Spike Protein RBD Recombinant Human Monoclonal Antibody (Product # 703958) at a concentration of 5 µg/mL and labeled with Goat anti-Human IgG (H+L) Cross-Adsorbed Secondary Antibody, Alexa Fluor 488 (Product # A-11013) at a concentration of 5 µg/mL. Panel a) shows representative cells that were stained for detection and localization of spike protein (green). Panel b) is stained for nuclei (blue) using ProLong™ Diamond Antifade Mountant with DAPI (Product # P36962). Panel c) represents cytoskeletal F-actin staining using Rhodamine Phalloidin (Product # R415) at a 1:300 dilution. Panel d) is a composite image of Panels a, b and c demonstrating membrane localization of SARS CoV2 spike protein. Panel e-h) represents untransfected control cells.
